After our phone call we’ll meet in person. We want to get to know you and learn more about where you feel stuck and where you need guidance. We want you to come in and get comfortable with the space, the team, and the other members.
Our services are designed to provide the expertise and accountability you need. We will work with you to find the right program for you and your goals to set you up for success from the very beginning.
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. Luckily the owner of MEE-FIT, Coach Dan, is a graduate level sports therapist, who’s spent the past 4 years assessing, treating and rehabilitating sports injuries – so you’re in good hands!
We have sessions available on the hour every hour from 6am-7pm Monday-Friday, as well as 8-10am Saturday.
You can vary your sessions week on week, meaning you aren’t stuck to training at the exact same times each week (unless that works for you, which is totally fine too).
If at the end of the 30 days you decide we’re not the right place for you, no hard feelings. We accept that we can’t be all things to all people. But if you decide that you want to stay and work with us to reach your personal goals, we have a range of membership options and will be able to decide which one would suit you best.
