FULL MOVEMENT SCREENING
An initial assessment, delivered via Zoom, where we assess your movement, strength and flexibility. We’ll also chat more about your goals, and just get to know you a little more. This allows us to ensure we can tailor the plan specifically for you from the off.
10 RESISTANCE TRAINING SESSIONS
Work closely with our world class coaches. These sessions will be a blend of flexibility, strength and cardiovascular exercise tailored to your own level.
These can be done with little/no equipment, however we’ll provide you with a resistance band to use in your workouts.
UNLIMITED ACCESS TO OUR TEAM TRAINING
These are our version of ‘fitness classes’ which are still coached to our standards.
We don’t suddenly start treating this like bootcamp. You’re still worked at your level and things are tailored to you.
You’ll receive personalized nutritional recommendations and advice, making changes to your diet as simple as possible.
One of our coaches will be assigned to your as your personal coach, providing support and advice whenever needed.
BEYOND THE GYM
Support like you’ve never had it before. We provide support, education and accountability in our private Facebook group. Our coaches – and the rest of #teamMEEFIT – have your back.

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. Luckily owner of MEE-FIT, Coach Dan, is a graduate level sports therapist, who’s spent the past 4 years assessing, treating and rehabilitating sports injuries – so you’re in good hands!
Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the programme for you.
You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that MEE-FIT isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

We use a very flexible system here at MEE-FIT, where you book yourself into your sessions via a smartphone app.
We have sessions available at 6/7/8/10/11am and 3/5/7pm. Plus we have a full database of pre-recorded sessions that you can do at any time.
You can vary your sessions week on week, meaning you aren’t stuck to training at the exact same times each week (unless that works for you, which is totally fine too).
Currently we’re not able to say when we’ll be given the green light to reopen.
All we know at this moment is it will be no sooner than 4th July. Once we’re given the green light to reopen we will do so, and you’ll have the option to continue with us via your online sessions or move across to our in-person coaching from our gym facility.
